StudyBeats is a solo build. No sales team. No travel. No offices. If every school wanted a demo, the founder would be doing 50+ hours of sales calls per week, leaving no time for product development or supporting paying schools.
Self-register exists so the business can scale to hundreds of schools without scaling cost. £999/year is affordable because the founder's time is not consumed per sale. The compliance pack, DPO documents, and FAQ are all on the self-register page — it is the demo, available 24/7, with zero founder hours per visit.
If you prefer a 30-minute conversation, that is welcome. The £1,999/year price reflects that every demo hour is an hour the founder is not building features, fixing bugs, or supporting the schools that already self-registered. £1,999 funds that trade-off honestly.
Both prices stay below the £2,000 to £8,000 range typical of single-subject revision platforms. StudyBeats covers every subject we launch, with no per-subject upgrades.

When demos run
Demos are run by the founder, who is also a working classroom teacher. To respect everyone's day jobs, demo slots are available outside school hours.
